The UFO stories began after the wikileaks revelations involving Tom Delonge and John Podesta. Of course, that simply shows that things were in the works then and we got an interesting set of behind-the-scenes conversations.
Tom Delonge's group appears to be full of Stargate Project and NIDS (skinwalker ranch) people. This includes Hal Puttoff, counter intelligence officer Luis Elizondo (who nobody is sure what AATIP actually was), and of course Tom Delonge who believes in werewolves and shieeeet.
My guess is that somebody wants to obtain SAPs from the Pentagon and/or make parts public, perhaps for the benefit of China. This is countered by the fact that Ratcliffe was the most recent person to mention this behind others such as Communist Brennan, Puss in Boots Rubio, Harry Reid, and etc. However Ratcliffe appears trustworthy.
While we're all hoping for the "aliens are really demons" conspiracy theory to be true so that we have confirmation that leftists have eternal damnation and suffering ahead of them, more than likely this is some Harold and Kumar-esque plot to obtain classified tech for somebody.
