The problem continues to be that Democrats selectively just ignore the hell out of laws they don't like or that are inconvenient for them.
Thus, as is obvious now, the law is but a fig leaf for power, raw and unchecked.
It's both parties. Maricopa BOS are 4/5 Republicans, Ducey is a Republican, AG is a Republican.
McConnell, Graham, and others covered for them. Doesn't anyone find it odd how Lindsey Graham refused to cross-examine testimony from Sally Yates or James Comey when they contradicted each other? What about refusing to call Joe Biden or Hunter Biden to testify?
Both parties are involved in this.
