What is happening? this in the news.... her lawyers arguing her case.
Powell’s lawyers argued her claims that Dominion worked with Democrats to rig its voting machines to ensure a win for Joe Biden were clearly her own “opinions and legal theories” and not statements that the public would immediately believe. According to the lawyers, Dominion’s descriptions of Powell’s statements as “wild accusations” and “outlandish claims” support the idea that a reasonable person would not automatically believe her.
What do you think? Why would she say that? Is it because she has the 1st amendment right to make these statements and that reasonable people have a right to think she is nuts. So why does dominion believe otherwise? Do they have something to hide? Now they have to answer.
'... that reasonable people would not accept such statements as fact but view them only as claims that await testing by the courts through the adversary process. Furthermore, Sidney Powell disclosed the facts upon which her conclusions were based. ...'.
Guys it’s a 90 page filing and this is 1 paragraph of it. Her team is looking to get dominion on record with responses to every point they make so when they start presenting the evidence during trial dominion can’t lie anymore.
Did anyone check out dominions website with there fact checks against the accusations when this was at the peak?
-our machines don’t connect to the internet -we are an American company -we have nothing to do with smartmatic
If they start saying stuff like this in the filings they are digging their own grave.
If she actually doesn't have anything to back up her claims, she is going to have a bad time and make all the actual fraud look less credible.
Here is the file. Lin’s not listed but he was in Washington today. I assume for this.

So what?
This sounds fishy to me. It does not add up. Where is the documentation that shows her argument?
They got a point there. Does she get discovery in this case?
not sure, but if this is her defense, will she/they even go there? that's my point. if that's her defense, there will be no discovery I assume. have no knowledge in legal stuff, but it is weird.
It did sound strange. they must be under considerable pressure.
Makes sense. Her stuff didn't get taken seriously by a single judge or lawyer.
