Seems silly. Ads are most certainly primarily geared towards women. A lot of women have white husbands and children. Ads geared towards specific demos is like the whole deal. If no commercials cater to white males then surely they’ll see a sales dip. I completely abandoned Gillette after the toxic masculinity thing. That’s after decades of buying their razors. And right now I’m entering into a new phase of my life where my disposable income is skyrocketing. Do I need an ad to have a white male in it? No, that’s dumb, but if an add is purposely excluding my demo and pushing anything lefty I will go out of my way to buy something else even if it’s way more expensive.

This is precisely how propaganda works. They craft the reality they want to see. The message IS the reality they want. They project it into existence. Just look at the fucking titles of two of the biggest shows on TV now. Modern Family. and This is Us. They are manipulating people. It's right in the fucking titles of the shows.
Anyway... After enough exposure to the programming, reality/perceptions of people can be crafted. It happens to all of us. What we "know" about the world is at least partially curated.

Because although imagery and narrative drive culture in a lot of ways, the people pushing it aren’t as smart as they think and live in denial. They can’t accept what is actually true about most people. Most people are far more pragmatic than any leftist can imagine.
