but suriaslee.. im not a techie, i would love to know if say a screen shot of a photo taken with a cellular device would contain such identifying data..

No, the exif data is basically appended to the file, it's not in the picture data itself. It's also trivial to remove. It's typically added automatically by the camera.

Pretty much. You can fuck with most of it easily (and remove all of it) in Windows in the properties box, and there's websites that can do it too that let you add GPS info as well.
