Sadly most are Republican. The left is pretty insulated from their policy decisions, as they reside in cities and whose economy are not based in production or manufacturing. Thus they do not care if their food is from America or from CHYNA. They only care about getting their next fix of moral high ground.
About the only way you’d wake them up to this is to start taxing tech companies at the end user for their electrical consumption and pollution taxes for living in the cities. You could further punish them by swapping from income tax to property tax, as they will have higher costs of living and so forth.
