My grandparents both got it. One is 86 and one is 87. They both have high blood pressure, one is overweight and bordering on diabetes. They recovered after about three weeks and were up and about right after that. They said it wasn't pleasant at all, that they'd feel winded after very little effort, but they were good in about three weeks. Take that for what it's worth. My grandfather wound up passing away a couple months later from metastatic lung cancer and my grandmother is doing great.

It seems like COVID may accelerate what you already have, so if you have cancer already it may make it spread faster. But either way, the vast majority of people recover from it just fine, if they experience any symptoms of it at all in the first place.
Probably any virus really could make it get worse. Any time you place an additional strain on your immune system, your body no longer can focus 100% on fighting/slowing the cancer growth.

To be fair, the only person I know of who died was the cousin of a friend and he sought ZERO care after he started feeling sick and got tested and was waiting for results (this was before the rapid test was easily available). By the time he figured out he should go to the hospital, it was too late for him.
He had type 1 diabetes, was over 70 and also had cirrhosis of the liver (from the diabetes). And was overweight.
I have actually heard of a couple people in my area being forced into signing dnrās so they can see their family while admitted then getting put on a vent because of āCOVIDā and dying.

All of that was a lie. I work in healthcare and see that the hospital volumes went down for two months last year but most hospitals recovered and volumes went back to normal for the most part. Family is no longer allowed inside the hospitals leaving the caretakers unobserved by their love ones. Stay away from inpatient services if you can.

I believe only 1 ended up with the cop getting in trouble, and that was still after they found a gun in the suspects car. One cop (who was black btw) accidentally shot the other black guy during a struggle with the perp when they fought the cop.
I saw the whole "unarmed black shootings" and all but 1 was justified without a doubt.

I haven't taken an official survey but to my very disappointed astonishment this is my own personal estimates over a year of this:
20% of people believe Covid19 is like 'AIDS' or other lifelong diseases. Many said to me something like "Oh ya, well how would you like to have to live the rest of your life with Covid?".

IF everyone stayed inside their home, the Covid19 outside the window will eventually begin to starve to death or become so weakened from lack of people to feed on that it becomes harmless. I'd guess more than 20% are absolutely convinced if you get Covid19 you most certainly need to get to the emergency room and be hospitalized.

The company my daughter works for has had a lot of COVID for a 200 person operation. Their office near mask hysteric Austin has had the most cases, but has the fewest employees. They are mask freaks there.

BTW- were their cases from Ct results over 30? Because the threashold to make public policy and to accurately determine if a person has the virus is 30. As of Dec, the US was still testing a sample 35-45 times, which if you got a positive out of, that was incorrect. You had no live virus, and were unable to transmit anything in your system.
