I would think so too; but I don't know. Trump beat it, if Biden were to die from it, it would definitely make him look weak, and throw shade at the his (totally not Trump's) vaccine and all other COVID crap he's responsible for.
I don't think that will happen either really. Biden was scared of his own secret service, and the national guard. I doubt we'll ever see him in a truly public appearance.
