That is what Black people are being taught and it is now in our schools trying to convince everyone that Black people are victims (and have been victims for years), therefore, they are entitled--they question is to what. What exactly are they after with equity? Do they understand they have overplayed the equality card? It is still a race card, but with a different name.
Democrats have been responsible for turning Black people into victims. Implying Black people are not capable of getting an ID implies a lack of intelligence.
It's almost like the stereotypical liberal thinks blacks are little more than animals that can talk; and feel that they alone can speak for them, and provide for them.
They use their "lack of intelligence" as a point to signal their own virtue for "Saving" them from "Evil white people"
