It was always targeted harassment against the baker. The original gay couple had to shop a dozen or more bakeries before they found this guy a couple hundred miles away.
If I went into a bakery and ordered a cake that said Bill Clinton is a rapist and they refused I'd just..... leave.
Or more comparable if I went into a Muslim bakery and asked for a cake with Christian imagery and Jesus is King on it and they refused I'd say okay and give my business elsewhere.
