The power company shouldn't be able to discriminate & I don't think any baker should be able to refuse selling ready made things, but a custom order cake isn't an essential service.

I wouldn't want a doctor with TDS who has preconceived ideas about us & rants about the Capitol being sacred democracy (on days when Democrats have majority only) operating on me though.
