That's actually a plus for the Uniparty, the more people they can get using the Dollar the less likely unhealthy amounts of inflation will rear its ugly head and they can continue the massive spending and printing sprees.
I suspect it's partly the reason theres always the apparent need to go destabilize a region for which residents will then of course need some form of stable currency to use.
