from what i read about the guy, it doesn't immediately sound like a terrorist attack. according to his family his mental health went down the shitter. saying crazy shit like people from his high school hacked his phone because of his race. told a family member that people in a parking lot were staring at him. nobody was in the parking lot. sounds a lot like paranoid schizophrenia. pretty sure stuff like that is stigmatized in the muslim community (and orthodox jewish too), so they just pretend like its not there until they snap.
