ACTUALLY you’re wrong. Fear was used to manipulate most of the people on this site to wear masks and give up their freedom over their lives. Pretty sure most of these folks are going to give up their right to self defense the moment a law is passed. As is evident by so many states which have infringements upon the 2A.

They don't have to take any guns or outlaw them.. their strategy is becoming clearer to me. Make ammo so expensive no one can afford to shoot, and remove legal protections from the manufacturers. "problem" takes care of itself. its almost $90 for a brick of .22LR now.
Either you are in a blue area or you haven’t really searched. I live in a red free state and while quantity may be an issue availability is not. Plus the prices are competitive.
If they try incrementalism and follow the machine gun path it could make it monetarily harder, assuming they don’t just cheat again. If they want to confiscate, they’re supposed to buy the item for a fair market value. If they limit supply and we do a short squeeze (buy when available and hold), and they force themselves to purchase/confiscate) that could get the price crazy high before the actual confiscation happens. Of course I’d expect them to just cheat.
