The heat is on with the border and the $86m in hotel fees. I'm Canadian so not the right person to lead this but suggest now would be a great time to band together to help the 40k homeless American veterans.
Memes are great. But the left is going to lose the information war one way or another. (i.e. to keep their dumb-ass ideas in play they have to steal elections and collude with big media / tech. I suspect this will not survive the test of time.) But the information war isn't going to solve this issue. Nor will any government agency. It's the right thing to do and it would be a big PR win for Trump and MAGA.
Let's step up...
The Patriots.win community could lead some sort of fundraising drive to build a fund that acquires housing for veterans. Perhaps someone with some pull could secure some high profile endorsements / donors. Betcha the Trump family would get behind this, for instance. (Bring on The Monaghans or Portnoy or Musk or Lindell, etc.)
Could even think BIG >> like buy a ton of land north of Houston or Orlando or somewhere inexpensive. Build 25k cheapo / mobile / tiny / homes. Could get some big corps in there for services, jobs, etc. Could find a few dilapidated areas across the country, buy the distressed assets on the cheap and refurb these communities for and with the vets.
I dunno - maybe getting carried away.
What do y'all think? MAGA needs to play the long game. Keep America Great despite a fraud in the White House, etc. Win hearts and minds through deeds and service.

Only problem I see with this is that we wouldn't be able to use the name of this site in association with the fundraising. If we did, the fundraising sites would block us, or their banks/creditors would block them.
Unfortunately, there is just enough rule-breaking here for MSM outlets to find and post examples of racism, calls for violence, etc. Until we can keep our own community clean and respond to such swiftly when it appears, there really isn't much that can be done, IMO.
I do like the idea of housing homeless veterans though I don't know anyone I would trust to staff and administrate such a charity.
