Amy Siskind says that if the suspect was Black, and the police went to arrest him, he would almost certainly be dead.
According to the DOJ, in 2019, there were 2.7 million arrests of Black suspects.
In that same year, the police shot 235 Black men, or less than 1 killed per 10,000 arrests,
The number of unarmed Black men killed was 13, or around 1 out of 200,000 arrests.
Note that unarmed does not necessarily mean non-threatening. Also, there were many potentially-violent police encounters (e.g. domestic dispute calls) other than arrests.
So, according to Amy Siskind, a 1/10,000 or 1/200,000 chance of dying is an almost certainty of death.
I doubt that Amy Siskind could be that deluded or incompetent, so that just leaves lying race-baiter.
They legit only know what they hear about or see on the news. They don't think anything else is going on - that thousands upon thousands of black men are arrested in this country every day without death.
