I think blanket generalizations are bad except when it comes to the FBI/CIA. I hope they all die gruesome deaths and may they be remembered as the pieces of absolute shit that they are.
I get the sentiment, believe me I do, but there are actual honest agents and attorneys busting real bad guys for some serious stuff every day.
The corruption is widespread enough that we can't trust any encounter with them, which is beyond sad, but the corruption really does seem to be somewhat centrally located in DC and a few dirty hubs.
