I would like all taxpayer unions band and all representatives have to live in their state. With the ability to conference call there is no reason for these people not to live with the people they supposedly "represent". It also makes it harder for lobbyist flying to every state as opposed to walking a hall door to door

That is a bad idea. It sets the bar so high for collective action it as bad as all this Q/do nothing bullshit.
