They're going to lose this one. People already have too many hard idea about vaccines built up by all aspects of society and media. Just think about how many pandemic type situations in movies and books and games are solved by people getting a vaccine, and after the vaccine the person is not only cured but protected from getting or spreading the virus. Remember before 2020 people weren't generally afraid dying due to anti-vaxers, they just though they were ignorant. And even the last year, vaccines have been pushed as the thing that everyone should hope for.
It's going to be nearly impossible to get a majority of people to drop those pre-held beliefs now. The fear of COVID isn't high enough anymore.
I should say, this isn't a commentary on weather or not these vaccines are safe or actually do much good. I have severe doubts about either.

If the vaccine works, then you can't be infected and therefore cannot infect others. Period. There is no exception. A vaccine provides immunity or it does not. So there's no need to worry if a vaccinated and unvaccinated person come into contact. As long as one is vaccinated, and the vaccine works, BOTH are protected from infection through that interaction.
