I believe there was fuckery afoot in GA, but I also believe there is a certain % of "republicans" that just weren't going to vote for GEOTUS, no matter what.
There may be some percentage like that, but it still wouldn't have resulted in more votes for down ballot than top of the ticket. The lazy voters that just vote president would outnumber them. There also should be Dem voters that hated Biden in similar proportions. In reality Trump was very popular with Republicans and actually managed to convince a large number of lifelong Democrats to vote for him.
