Then another idiot decided to make her a Palpatine for no reason and somehow she claims the Skywalker name despite the fact that she kills all the Skywalkers. And then the FLAT CHESTED actress starts mouthing off on Trump and guns and had to delete her account when people showed her the error of her ways. And then she started crying that she's not getting any good acting gigs.
Yeah the ending of episode 9 was infuriating. As you mentioned her stealing the Skywalker name, but not only that, she gets to keep the Falcon? What the fuck? Should’ve gone to Chewie or Lando. She gets to keep BB-8 who belongs to Poe, and then she buries Anakin’s lightsaber... IN SAND! So fucking disrespectful.
I agree. The entire fucking Disney money-grabbing and woke trilogy was infuriating. The first was just a gender and race swap plagiarism of the first which is filled with Macguffins and nonsense. The second is a liberal paraded director who kills Luke by Force long distance call. Then the third is a hyperaccelerated mess filled with even more nonsense. It's evident the creators of this debacle are a bunch of dilettante film majors who know nothing about the deepness that is Star Wars.
The last trilogy was intended to shit on older fans of the franchise, first and foremost. That’s why they killed Han off almost immediately, and turned Luke into a simpering imbecile (the let Mark Hamill play himself). They killed off the heroes of the old storyline, in the worst ways, and put a Mary Sue in their place.
The only redeeming quality of the last trilogy is in comparison the Prequels have finally been redeemed, lol.
Disney had to destroy everything that Lucas created so that they could make new agenda-pushing shit that was 100% their own creation and required paying no royalties going forward.

From what I've pieced together, she was always a Mary Sue. She had advanced force powers from the start and knew how to pilot the Millenium Falcon. Luke started out using blasters because they were point and shoot. On the Millenium Falcon, Solo let him use the turret when they were escaping.
Yes, she defeated a seasoned swordsman albeit a whiny brat. Despite living on a desert world with little to no water, she knows how to swim. She defeats the Sith Master by simply crossing her swords together and saying "I am all the Jedi" despite the fact that she has at best 1 month of training and tried to murder the last remaining Jedi (another stupid idea because the whole point of George Lucas's story is the RETURN OF THE JEDI).
If you mean "the beginning" as in, "before the rewrite when the Lucasfilm Storygroup (made exclusively of women) found it problematic that LUKE SKYWALKER was stealing the show", then yes.
