not quite the same thing. without going into the specifics, both cases were stand offs between 2 consenting parties. weaver or koresh could've just gotten arrested. the people shopping in boulder weren't engaged in a stand off.
Weaver's unarmed wife was fair game? How about the women and children at Waco? Those weren't done by some idiot they groomed, they were the triggermen. Didn't say CO and those two examples were the same thing, just scoffing at the idea that the Feds aren't capable of murdering a bunch of people.
lol why did I knooooow you were going to switch this to talk about what was wrong with those cases. did I say what the atf and fbi did was justified? nope. only made the point that its not the same as what happened in boulder, even if this guy was a fed. focus.
I didn't switch anything. Nowhere did I say it was the same as them ignoring an islamist that would later go on to commit mass murder. I quite clearly explained that I COULD see a Fed murdering a bunch of people, and gave two examples where they murdered innocent citizens in cold blood.
I dunno how you compare a fed, disguised as a muslim radical (if that's the theory you wanna go with), walking into a shopping mall and shooting a bunch of unsuspecting, innocent, unarmed people, to waco or ruby ridge.
Care to show me where I suggested that the islamist was a fed? All the feds have to do is look the other way, which they've done on a number of occasions in the past decade:
I don't know how you can not see that innocent people like Vicki Weaver, or the women and children at Waco, weren't murdered by the feds, but you do you.
"I couldn't see an actual fed murdering a bunch of people like that"
