Hence her claims of hacking satellites, CIA seized servers, and international communist vote rigging plots from Hugo Chavez. Her main witness turned out to be a total fraud and lied about his credentials and background. But she did go around the media repeating this stuff as it was fact. I remember being attacked relentlessly for questioning some of what she was saying, because as I was told, "Powell would never say anything that wasn't 100% true"

Such as the "seized servers showed Trump won 410 electoral votes". I made a detailed post after the election outlining exactly how that hoax started and spread so far. It started from a 4chan post where someone posted an image in German, claiming that Scytl servers were seized and showed Trump won 410 electoral votes. Then some losing Republican running for Congress tweeted it out with a custom-made electoral map from one of those websites.
It was repeated by some Congressman on a Zoom call, where it blew up, and then Powell re-tweeted it. She then repeated it on multiple interviews/media appearances. Even saying "I can confirm that the servers were seized but we just don't know who has them." Then after even alluded the good guys have them. Then kept repeating the "Trump won 410 electoral votes" claim.
That is just one example. Its not good for a lawyer to just claim this stuff as fact without vetting it, so that's the kind of stuff that obviously got her in trouble. Of course, when I brought it up I was shouted down as "how dare I question Powell, she's a lawyer, she would never say anything if it wasn't 100% true."
Yet here she is, saying her claims are now just opinions and the public shouldn't take them as fact.
Repost that here. You're not alleging that anything she said is incorrect. You are, however, admitting that none of this came from Q. You're also not showing how any of the people she got this information from have anything to do with Q.

I still believe the election was stolen. I think Sydney's role was to keep the story going. She's done her job. Now we'll start to see more information come out since it appears that the lawsuits aren't going to happen because no court is willing to look at the evidence.

No one is saying that the election wasn't stolen. It was very clearly stolen.
The issue is, people like Powell and Lin Wood made it seem like it was only stolen via Dominion and overseas control rooms switching the vote.
The reality is, they stole is using widespread mail-in ballot fraud, especially in Democrat strongholds in the remaining swing states on election night. Its why they panicked when Trump was about to win (95% odds to win) with huge leads in remaining states that mathematicians and analysts were saying it was impossible for Biden to catch up.
That's when they shut down the election/count and then spent days/weeks "finding" huge batches of Biden ballots from these counties. Such as the 3AM ballot dumps in Milwaukee and Detroit.
Powell never said mail in ballots weren’t used in the fraud. You are putting words in her mouth. They had to decide which tactic was best to go after and easiest to prove in court. Mail in ballots could only be proven with forensic audits in every state which they knew would never happen.
You are second guessing a legal strategy because it failed. It didn’t fail because it was the wrong or even incorrect strategy. It failed because the courts were in on the fraud.

Robert Barnes, who was working alongside Powell, even said this himself. Originally, EVERYONE was focused on the mail-in ballots and there was massive pressure there to audit the signatures. This was back when a bunch of us were crowdsourcing information and the mathematical impossibilities were in the spotlight (which 100% scream mail-in ballot fraud in certain Democrat strongholds within the swing states).
The GA governor was about to let this happen, right before Powell went off the rails and started repeating the Qanon conspiracy theories. That's when GA had their easy "out" to dismiss the entire election fraud case as a wild nutjob conspiracy theory.
Overall, the entire legal fight devolved into a total mess.
Obviously, the tactic you believe they tried, didn't work. I don't see how proving a vast international communist plot to rig voting machines overseas is easier to prove than mail-in ballot fraud (which even Carter himself warned of decades ago) along with tons of information describing how mail-in ballots are easily prone to fraud.
Why even defend a failed strategy that put us in the shitty situation we are in now? IMO, all of the attention should have been 100% focused on the real and very visible fraud, which was 6-7 Democrat cities within the states that stopped the count kicked out observers, covered the windows, and then spent days/weeks finding batches of 200,000 ballots all for Biden and nothing down ballot.
We do have evidence of this, including the polling location that kicked out all the workers and pulled suitcases out with ballots and started counting them at 2AM when no one was around. We have witnesses who said they say thousands of mail-in ballots with zero folds, perfectly marked just Biden, with nothing down ballot. We have witnesses who saw them trucking in caches of ballots late at night with zero chain of custody after they stopped the count.
And we went from Trump about to claim victory and being ahead so big that election mathematicians were saying it was nearly impossible for Biden to catch up, to them spending up to a week coordinated between states to keep dumping ballots until they barely eeked out a lead and called it.
It's that simple and its 100% DAMN obvious. Why discredit that by trying to argue claims of communist vote swapping, secret satellites changing the votes, and foreign powers hacking into the voting machines?
Barnes also mentioned there were lawyers in Trump’s ears telling him how all of this was going to play out ahead of time and the appropriate countermeasures he would need to take and where and when to file lawsuits. Apparently Trump’s advisors just ignored all of this. He really did surround himself with shit people.
It's a shame, because Trump seemingly knew they were going to use mail-in ballots to try and steal the election. He was tweeting about this as early as January 2020 and even mentioned it in the debate.
Yet a legal team was never pre-assembled in advance in prepare for this. We were left scrambling, weeks after the election, to ultimately assemble a subpar, shitty legal team. I like Rudy, but he's a horrible lawyer and hasn't practiced law since the early 90s. He also has zero experience in election law and it was evident by all the mistakes he was making (not being aware of certain legal terms, etc.).
Its a disgrace how it all went down, and now we are all left to pay the price with our rights and livelihoods.
