Powell also publicly and openly said that she HOPES that Dominion sues her so that they could open themselves up to discovery. She said she would never back down and stop fighting.
Well, she got her wish, they did sue her. But instead of fighting and opening them up to discovery, and proving her evidence, she is pleading with the judge to dismiss the case and arguing her claims were only opinion and "no reasonable person in public would take them as fact."
