It was and is the position of the U.S. State Dept. for around twenty years. And the Venezuelan regime was a past Dominion client. So, in one of the few of these things we're actually able to fact check, turns out Sidney is 100% correct.
Sorry, but it doesn't work like that in court. You have to prove your position and claims. And Powell clearly isn't able to.
