This is just a legal strategy. She's 65 years old and Dominion's high-powered attorneys are out to destroy her. She's doing what she needs to do to survive to fight another day.

but she said she welcomed the case because it would give her a chance to prove the fraud in court through discovery...

That hasn't changed, but she's not financially in a position to carry the case through to a conclusion by herself. Fortunately, Dominion has sued a bunch of people and companies, so hopefully there will be a lot of opportunity for shared expenses. Also, if other cases go down discovery routes that Dominion is not willing to cooperate with, even when a court orders them to, that may result in Dominion dropping all the cases against people it claims made false and defamatory statements about the company. She doing what she needs to do with the resources she has.

so she wasn't aware of how much it would cost to go to court when she ran her mouth about welcoming going to court?

isn't that kind of like how when she ran her mouth about having evidence, and apparently didn't, actually? i mean, if she does have the evidence she claimed to, she should be able to win this case, easy. in court. without getting it dismissed. and do exactly what she claimed she'd do, expose them in court. you're just going to give her a pass on infinite bullshit claims, aren't you?
