This was all planned FF after the judge recently in Boulder reversed the ban on assault weapons. Wake up. The FBI and CSP allowed this guy who has mental illness to purchase the weapon 1 week ago.
Let's just say an FBI agent was dumb enough to use his own credit card to buy this guy ammo, any agents or local police investigating the shooter would eventually find out a government agent was involved and they'd find some reason to just forget about it. They might not even be malicious, they could very well think "oh a cop did this, he must've had a good reason why, I wouldn't want to get this guy in trouble now" and they'll slap an "insufficient lead" label and be done with it.
