No it's not. This has been a scenario they've been studying for 100 years. There are literally millions of documents regarding exactly this. I'd bet my house that it's US that are underestimating what length they are prepared to go to. There are several really good documents that lay out exactly what they are (hypothetically) preparing for us. The boog is expected and WILL turn into a civil war. It gives them reason to bring in the UN. Both of these steps are of little importance as China and/or Russia will invade so fast your head will spin.
