Let’s say the SC goes full cuck. Absolutely could see it happening. How does the govt go about taking guns away from citizens? They may be able to stop a lot of gun sales via bullshit laws but the existing ones out there are not going away. Maybe some people will be scared and volunteer their guns to comply. I would assume majority would tell the govt they “lost it” or “a friend ran it over with their truck by accident while we were out hunting”.
So let’s say govt. goes even more tyrannical than they currently are. Okay show me the cops that are going to go into homes in Texas or Florida to go grab the guns. Sure, many police are drunk on power and may try, but there is no way some fella isn’t going to punish them for trespassing. And even with a warrant, okay, just hide the guns under the floorboards.
We also have to take into account the enormous amount of tax revenue the gun industry produces. Lefties don’t want their theft to get short changed. I sincerely doubt they will do more than pander, or at worst throw out a POTATUS EO that will get bitch slapped in court.
