I'm convinced those "Big Belly" trash cans exist to keep homeless types from rummaging through the rubbish. Enlightened liberals spent 10x as much on a trash can to deter underprivileged people from scavenging a meal. Then some idiot pasted some hate art on a monument to hating the insufficiently housed.
