Pede lawyers, sue to dismiss criminal charges under Fourteenth Amendment guarantees, since KNOWN rioters on Capitol Hill, in the building, on film---e.g., John Sullivan from Utah, interviewed by CNN--were not charged, nor were rioters who set the guard house of the White House on fire. Then, turn around and sue the government in civil court for malicious prosecution tort in having exercised violations of the Fourteenth Amendment.

I think Sullivan has been charged.

No, he was taken into custody and released...and CNN paid him a big, fat fee for services rendered by means of eyewitness interview.

Then he was charged....they could just be show charges that will go nowhere, but he did catch charges, though he was granted bail.
