DEA agent Mark Ibrahim, who was illegally suspended for simply attending the Jan 6 peaceful Trump rally, has now been illegally fired. But he is suing, like he should. If he gets lawyers that are as competent as the ones who work for Judicial Watch, this is a slam dunk.

Pede lawyers, sue to dismiss criminal charges under Fourteenth Amendment guarantees, since KNOWN rioters on Capitol Hill, in the building, on film---e.g., John Sullivan from Utah, interviewed by CNN--were not charged, nor were rioters who set the guard house of the White House on fire. Then, turn around and sue the government in civil court for malicious prosecution tort in having exercised violations of the Fourteenth Amendment.
I think Sullivan has been charged.
