Am I missing something here? She is being openly racist and not getting called out by everyone on it? Last time I checked, racism was (put plainly) judging someone on their skin color and not their character. In this case her vote of yes or no is her judgment, and she has explicitly stated she will vote (judge) no on someone if they're white (skin color).
