You might double check that. Noem kicked it back, not because the trans thing, there was some part of it involving steroids she wanted changed first. She just wanted it polished before she signed it. Assuming that's true, that's reasonable and fair. We don't want loopholes

At least that was the statement she released regarding the backlash. :shrug:
