She may be a dipshit, but she should be able to voice her opinions. If she's forcing her students to adhere to her ideals, that's grounds for firing; not voicing or even publishing opinions. IMO.

Doctors are bound by a set of ethics that come with their oaths. They are the profession's laws. This is highly unethical behavior.

What she said was unethical, she went against the norms of professional conduct and was disciplined accordingly. She has voiced her insane opinion and now she faces the professional consequences.

She was allowed to voice her non-medical opinions about Trump for years. It's only because she decided to take the leap of publicly & medically diagnosing his lawyer and supporters as psychotic, that it became unethical and unprofessional. People are fired for these reasons all the time.
