But that's not actually true...... You can be arrested just for claiming you want to hurt the President... You can be arrested for threatening to blow something up..... There's literally tons of examples of speech that isn't protected by the first amendment....
I agree with everything in the article besides this one glaring mistake.
None of that is even mentioning the fact that this is in reference to military service members and, there again, whatever dumbass wrote this doesn't seem to know that members of the military have even less rights to free speech than the average citizen.....
haha right, say that to any german. in germany you are actually arrested if you publicly deny the holocaust or something similar. im not saying that it isnt stupid to do so, but speech alone can definetly be criminal
