Yes and perhaps my use of the term "Pharisee" here is overly simplistic. What I meant to suggest was/is that there appears to be a ruling class within the Tribe that either always was coopted or became coopted. The Cohens, The Levis, etc. Pharisees, leaders, tax collectors, etc. In any case, these folks were and are idolaters and they brought their beliefs with them from Sumeria/Chaldea/Babylon, to Egypt. And then from there to "Palestine" and then from there to Greece, Sicily, Sardinia, Venice, Tunisia, Malta, etc. And then from there, to the cities of Europe, and eventually to all major cities (especially the ones focused on trade via fiat currency and/or debt-based finance).
