very VERY advantageous to us if we can motivate the GOP to actually flex their muscle on this. "Gerrymandering" is always a big thing Dems complain about and say is racist because sometimes republicans actually just use that tool to their advantage.

The question I have: is the GOP smart enough to use redistricting, and how will they if HR 1 passes? HR 1 messes up redistricting.
