Sure, we have the ability to not obey. But you can bet many people will still be picked off and made examples of simply for using a gun for self-defense or being ratted out by a neighbor or ex-wife.

My argument is not saying we should just comply. I'm saying that "hiding and burying your guns" will not solve the issue.
