Now that sounds really arrogant, but it is understandable. The problem people in the upper IQ ranges have is they assume the rest of the people see and understand things as quickly as they do. That's an enormous misconception, a crippling blind-spot, and a big reason conservative achievers have such a hard time reaching the bulk of the population.
True geniuses are also sort of retarded because they don't fully understand normal behavior. I'm close to that level and there are things I struggle with IRL because my brain just can't comprehend their simplicity and I feel like a retard as a result.
