Sure seems that way on the surface, but SCOTUS has actually upheld several 1st Amendment issues recently.
I'm far from optimistic, but suggest they might not be totally cucked just yet.

I don't think this is the case to use as a litmus test.
The real tests are coming soon, though. HR-1 and the real-gun grabbing legislation is going to be fast-tracked, and that will tell us whether we still have a country or not.

The case before the court involves guns, but it has nothing to do with 2nd Amendment rights. The ramifications of any ruling will extend well beyond firearms.
Take guns out of the equation, and many lefties might actually see the problem with giving police so much discretion.

The fact he isn't being impeached right now, for telling the Supreme Court to rule against the Constitution and the Bill of Right, is beyond me.
