She got her wish, they did sue her. So why doesn't she want to proceed with the case and discovery if she was so confident that her claims are 100% true?
All her other lawsuits got shut down, so now is her chance to make her case. Its not likely she'll be able to have this chance again to go head to head with Dominion.
Instead, she's pleading with the court to dismiss the case.
In an interview last week she said she has more cases coming. Maybe she doesn't want to take the risk of a corrupt judge(like with Flynn) and the possiblity of a billion dollar penalty if she has other avenues. Just thinking out loud here.
