To my knowledge, and I may be wrong. But James O'Keefe has a previous conviction that made him a prohibited person. He then had that conviction expunged from his record. He got denied because the federal government never received notice of the expungement. (I believe he talked about it on his YouTube channel, again may be misremebering) Bottom line is, why would anyone want a corrupt organization to determine who is on the terrorist watch list. They could put ever Trump supporter on the list, and there would be no way to stop it.
