A Jew can own a store that sells pork and other foods that aren’t “kosher.” On the flip side, anyone of any race, creed or color can own a kosher store as long as the products follow the guidelines for Orthodox Jews.
I guess the test should be is it owned by a Jewish person. I think that should be the ultimate test.
