If I understand it correctly, it would be completely independent of those in DC. It's just state legislatures, no federals. If there are enough conservative States, shouldn't it be able to work?
There are lots of states which have sold out to china. It may be the only way to go but we need to clean house in the states. It maybe worth a try. Could not be worse than what we have in DC.
