I think there are certainly jobs men are better suited for, but there are also jobs that women are best suited for. If a woman wants to work, I think that's fine. Maybe women are optimal caretakers and men are optimal worker bees, but that doesn't mean everyone needs to do that. A man can raise children and keep a home perfectly well and a woman can work perfectly well.

I think the thing that can't be accommodated is children raised by screens and strangers because both parents are working outside the home.
