I mean I get the math, but you'd have to convince the vast majority of all women to leave the workforce simultaneously.

That said, maybe it'd get rid of all the pointless marketing, middle management, and various other "make work" jobs that make it hard to get a job where you actually do something useful.

You are right, it's a systematic problem, which is why simply straight up banning women from the work place was actually the optimal solution. "Liberty" has been used as a weapon against us. It'll be tough now to be able to get women out without drastic authoritarian action, though I do believe if you have much less government taxes/regulation along with far more nationalistic policies, you would naturally see more women leave the workforce.

If you shutdown immigration, you'd see a push for the society to get more women having children because corporations couldn't use immigrants to boost the labour pool anymore and the military even would start to get worried. Countries like Hungary that have moved anti-immigration have also looked to boost child births and ultimately, the less women work the more kids they can have.
