I don't see it as a strength at all that we abandoned the centers of power and control in the cities. I actually think that it may have even been the intent of a certain clan to drive the whites out of cities where their power and control would be defused into the rural areas and the "rugged individualism" image that "Hollywood" templated for whites would only further defuse all energy and organization. To that point, most of the clan never left the cities. Second point is that it was exactly when they started shifting the Constitutional election of the President by electors selected by the party that controlled the legislature, to the popular vote dictating the electors, which empowered cities and weakened rural districts to the point that it has literally elected every single democrat since the 60s. People don't even have an understanding for that point at all it seems. We have states that are Republican dominated sending democrat electors to vote for the President in direct contradiction of the letter and intent of the Constitution … it's PRECISELY why Democrats keep talking about getting rid of electors, because they KNOW that if we noticed what I just described and changed it back to Constitutional selection of electors, that they would be FINISHED .
