Treaty of Tripoli, signed 1796, Article 11, first sentence

As the government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian Religion...

Literally signed by a majority of the people that signed the declaration of independence. You don't get to make up history because you're ass blasted about your religion.

It was, however, founded upon Judeo-Christian principles as embodied in the Bible, albeit not the Christian religion per se. Your point is specious.

Those "principles" go all the way back to the Greeks. Christianity did not create them, they adopted and iterated on Roman philosophy, which had itself had been originated with the Greeks. You're talking about White principles, not Christian ones; all culture, including religion, is a reflection of a populations genetic predisposition. Even without Christianity, White people would have continued with the same exact principles, just justified in a different way.

Also, Judeo-Christian is just a fake, subversive concept.

Democracy and the Republic came from the Greeks and Romans, yes, but the ideas of personal liberty and natural rights come from the Bible, as does the scientific method. We would have been mired in paganism with no true science if not for the Bible. We would have gone only so far much like the Chinese, with some interesting technological fits and starts, but nothing approaching the modern world. Modern science presupposes an orderly and intelligent design to the the universe, and that idea came directly from the Bible.

Oh wow, one sentence written by famous Founding Father Joel Barlow totally nixes the entire lives and histories of all the actual Founding Fathers.

You don't even realize that you're the one assblasted about your religion. I simply provided a link that makes arguments both ways. Maybe read the book before assuming and commenting. Muh Treaty of Tripoli! Lol
