Her excuses are BS. Idaho has a similar law they passed a year ago, and no the NCAA hasn't sued them for Kazillions.
Also, the NCAA's own bylaws prohibit them from banning colleges, teams, or individuals from competing if state laws conflict with NCAA policy.
